Sleep is when our body resets itself and makes repairs. It’s when our brains process all the information that it’s picked up during the day.

If our bodies were computers, sleep is its way of rebooting and defragging.

      Hi Malcolm,

Sleep is an extremely important part of our daily life.

Researchers have also shown that after people sleep, they tend to retain information and perform better on memory tasks. Our bodies all require long periods of sleep in order to restore and rejuvenate, to grow muscle, repair tissue, and synthesize hormones.
