  Skin cells and the cells that line your stomach (all called epithelial cells) are some of the fastest to divide. Yes, more divisions means more opportunities for an unwanted mutation to happen.
  
  Evolution won’t have time to act on us within 100 years, so we won’t have evolved any new cell types. But we might be able to design and produce cells using technology that would be able to do new and interesting things, like treat disease.
